Looking for a new home end of Sept

Hey there,

I?m looking for a new place to call home from the 28th of Sept onwards. A wee while away yet I know, however I?m out of the country from the 30th Aug - 25th Sept so am hoping to tee up a place before I leave ??

I come with a bike, pot plants (if I can keep them alive until then) & plenty of cook books. I?m in my late 20?s and work at a Design Agency in Camden as a Retoucher/Visualiser with the usual Mon-Fri hours. I?m from New Zealand originally but have been living abroad for the past 8 years, London making up the last 4. I love travelling and exploring new places. Massive foodie who also enjoys social drinks with mates, but in saying that I?m not after a party house. I enjoy being active/trying to be active and currently play netball, softball and occasionally tag rugby 3 nights a week so lead a relatively busy life being out and about.

I?m after somewhere with a chilled atmosphere to share with friendly people on a similar page. The ideal housemates would be people who are up for sharing a meal, drink or activities together but who also respect each other?s space and have their own life?s going on too. I've always ended up being really good mates with my flatmates and hope to continue the trend. Apparently I also make a pretty good birthday cake ????

I cycle to work so am looking for somewhere I can continue to do so within 30ish mins. Currently living East in Haggerston and love it around here, my preference for areas would definitely be East or North.

Max rent with bills is ?750 a month. My only requirement is a double room with space for a desk. Also the room can come furnished or unfurnished, I pretty much have everything already except for a bed.
