Graduate looking for a room in Belfast

Looking for a room in Belfast available for short term rent with the possibility to extend. All bills included desirable and with good links to city centre, ideally within walking distance. I expect to take up full time work soon so I will hopefully be working most of the time. While I like my own space I am sociable, tidy and enjoy cooking when I have time.
