Someone to buddy up for a flat

Name's Jacob (Jake if that's too long). 30. In the UK for a decade now.
Looking for at least a 1+ bed flat / house.

The other option would be to buddy up with someone and get a larger flat / house together.

Looking for somewhere out of the city / outskirts but still with easy access ( I drive).

Occasional night out in a pub or a club is cool but not really a party animal here.

Would much rather go into the woods, or a lake, light a camp fire and enjoy a little peace and quiet.

When at home, love to BBQ, bake, play boardgames, etc.

Would much rather live somewhere to be a part of a household, movie nights in, sharing meals, have a bbq, enjoy time outside etc. rather than contained to the room always to myself (altho we all do like a little alone time now and then).

I work as a bus driver in the city so out most of the time.
