💵 Budget: Ideally £1000 inc bills, however flexible if it doesn't include bills if it's the right fit!

🏡 Type of place I'm looking for: Ideally, a double room with quite a bit of floor space as well. I'd love an ensuite but it isn't a necessity if I'm not sharing a bathroom with more than 2 people.

👭 Potential flatmate: an easy going female who is CLEAN (sorry this is a MUST), appreciates balance between socialising but also rest + recharging. ideally doesn't mind hearing some music (i'm very mindful of who i'm living with so won't be blasting something at 3am because i sleep at like 9pm 👵🏾 but wouldn't mind hearing a bit of amy winehouse on the weekend for ✨ambience✨) and understands the basic courtesy expected when sharing a home, without the need for rigid rules.

🧍🏾‍♀️About me: I work full time in edtech and wfh (but don't worry i work from my room for the working day so you'll barely see me during the day unless i'm grabbing food)! When I'm not working I'm either gyming, attending an exhibition/meeting friends over food + drinks or visiting yet ANOTHER bakery and trying their coffee. I'd say i'm an ambivert so I'm up for socialising (and visiting a coffee shop ofc)/organic interactions/good yap sesh over wine + pizza 🍕 but also really value alone time to rest + recharge!
