Double Room Wanted

Hi
I'm looking for a clean quiet room in a clean relaxed house share.
I have lived in several house shares and can provide references from landlords and housemates.
Although I am easy going and friendly, I am also private and respectful of others so not looking to become a member of someone's family or a join party house.
I am very clean and tidy. I'm a positive peaceful person with a good sense of humour. I get on well with people and am sociable, and have made good friends in past house shares. I work hard, full time and appreciate a quiet relaxing home to come home to. When I'm home I relax, read, watch a little tv, eat and sleep.
I have endured unpleasant tenants, noisy neighbours, barking dogs and crying babies in the past, which I am avoiding at all costs from now on. Therefore I am looking for a double room which is clean, quiet at night and has standard facilitates like heating, WiFi, with an en-suite shower and toilet preferred. Access to a kitchen to cook and a washing machine to wash my work clothes regularly is a must. I drive so parking is also essential.
