Looking for a new home

No Agents, please. I am looking to move out of my current houseshare, preferably somewhere quite quiet. I would like to live with people who are clean and tidy, and it would be nice if the bills were a shared responsibility. I am quite a private person, but I am talkative when I get to know people. I have had bad experiences moving in with people I didn't know beforehand, so I am looking for a friendly bunch who treat the place with respect. Personally, I like to keep things tidy, but not obsessively.
Somewhere with a garden would be a bonus.
I am not a noisy or boisterous person but I am no wallflower either. I have a long internet contract so I'd be looking to bring this over my next address too.
