IT professional looking for a friendly house

Heya,

I'm a technology enthusiast that works within the industry I love. However, my daily commute from Southampton to London isn't ideal. So looking to move closer and a new start in the new year.
In terms of the house, I'm looking for something modern and close to local amenities (shops, restaurants, gym, train station, etc.). I'm pretty relaxed and flexible when it comes to housemates and fairly accommodating if needed. However I'm strictly looking for a 2 bedroom house and happy with pets, particularly cats. Ie. Sharing with one other or happy to rent the full pproperty.
