Large, bright double en suite room wanted

I am looking for a large double en suite room in a quiet professional non smoking house. I would like access to a sunny garden, which I am happy to help maintain. I will need laundry facilities, cooking facilities preferred.
I am clean and tidy and can take or leave socialising. I am a good cook and happy to share. I work Mon-Friday up at 6am but home by tea time. I like sitting out in the sun and hibernate in the winter with a good book. I am young in my outlook and mix well with all age groups. I am an animal lover so no problem if there are pets in the house as long as it doesn?t smell of them lol. I?m happy to help out looking after them if you need me to.
If you are a couple or family looking to help pay the mortgage by renting out a room this is fine also.
