Studio Flat or room in Glasgow

Looking for a Room or Studio
Move Between January and March 2025

Hi! I'm a clean, quiet and respectful professional currently living in the lovely Gorbals.
My flat's being put up for sale next year, so I'll need to move out by March 2025.
I'm flexible and can move any time from January onwards.

I'm vegetarian, teetotal and don't smoke.
Totally fine with others eating meat or having a drink — I just need a non-smoking home.

Please note, I work from home full-time, so I'm after a peaceful, tidy place where I can focus during the day and properly relax afterwards.

*Ideally* looking for:
* A quiet studio or a large double room in a flatshare (max one other flatmate).
* A live-in landlord or landlady is absolutely fine — actually preferred.
* Ensuite and bills included (800 all included is the absolute maximum I can afford but I'd prefer less if sharing flat).
* Plenty of storage and space, and a desk.
* Safe, central or well-connected area (I don't drive unfortunately).
