Looking for a home in Edinburgh!

I've just moved back to Edinburgh to start a postgraduate program and am looking for a place to call home. I'd ideally like a flat that comes furnished and is close to transportation. While generally an extrovert, I also appreciate down time/time to myself. I enjoy reading, yoga, museums, traveling and hanging out with my friends in my free time. I'm looking for a flat mate who is considerate and tidy. I dont have a UK guarantor, but have an overseas one, landlord references and could pay advanced rent. Let me know if you have any questions!
