SW buddy up with garden

Hi! looking to buddy up for a 2 bed (ideally 2 bath) with a garden.

Me: I’m an economist and working on my own business. I WFH yet happy to find the balance that suits everyone.
I’m very considerate and tidy. I’m friendly but also value space and privacy, and like a calm environment at home.
Would be nice to socialize when our times align, cook dinner, wine, or a trip to the pub.

Have a full set of furniture which I’m happy to keep or sell.

Dog:
Chilli is a 13 y. o. rescue Tibetan Spaniel X. He is home trained, and adorably funny. Loves a snooze on the sofa. So important to be someone who loves dogs.
