Double Room in a nice home from 1st August

Hi. I'm looking to rent a room, ideally a double, in a house close to Hereford Centre or good transport links to the centre.

I am friendly, and get on easily with others. I have house shared for just over 12 years and had good experiences and made some great friends that have lasted longer than the house share. I also like my own space, so find it easy to strike the balance between spending time with my house mates and giving them (and me) space. I am creative and enjoy art work and crafts when I have the time as well as cycling and swimming. My job is full on, so I often just enjoy cooking and then down time and Netflix on an evening. I like to keep my home environment clean and tidy and have always taken care of the places I have rented.

I would love to live In a house ideally with other professionals or a family. Would prefer a quieter home and would prefer to live with other females.
