En-suite room sought by a female

I am a 31 years old Indian female working in London. I am looking for a clean and spacious ensuite room in a clean property of of 2 rooms within 7 mins walking distance from Stratford/Leyton underground station. I am available to move in from 15/04/2026. I will be working from home most of the days. I am a non vegetarian. Female flatmates are preferred.
No live in landlords or couples.
No flats/houses with more than 2 bedrooms or flatmates.

I am also looking at 1bed flats in a safe and secure property with a concierge.
