I am a mature professional working as a doctor in Manchester.
I am looking for a studio or one bedroom flat (with bills included) to rent (as the sole tenant) for approximately 8 months.
I do not smoke nor own any pets.
I mostly use the accommodation for weekdays during my working week however I would be looking for a Mon-Sun let.
I would like to move in ideally at the start of August but can be flexible i. e. start of September.
I have excellent references available which show I am a clean, respectful and professional tenant with all rent paid on time and I will treat the place as my own.
