Greetings,

My name is James Skinner and I am a 44 year old writer and former engineer.
I am 44 years old but people usually guess that I am a lot younger – even in my late twenties occasionally... truly... I get it all the time... lucky me, eh! :-)
My profile picture shows me with a beard, and that makes me look older but I only feel, I guess, around 27 but with life-experience and maturity matching my years...
But 44??? Doesn't seem possible. I usually socialise with people in their twenties/thirties anyway too but I have no problem hanging-out with any age-group...
Anyway...
I am pretty well travelled and worldly. I lived overseas in South Africa for seven years in my thirties and that was amazing.
I have been married twice but I am single now. I think I needed more life-experience before marrying, and I bear no grudges against my former spouses. Our relationships were good and we learned from each other.
As a person, I am intelligent and funny, and have a good sense of humour.
I am responsible and considerate, and enjoy the same from people I live/share with.
I am not a 'party' person; I am of sober habits and like fitness and the outdoors.
My main hobby is surfing.
I am sociable but also like my own space.
I live in St Austell currently.
