Looking for en-suite room in the city

I’m looking for a larger room or studio in Edinburgh to share with one more tenant only🏡.
I prefer a quiet and peaceful environment🧘🏼‍♀️, away from heavy partying. While I enjoy hosting friends time to time, I always make sure to plan ahead and let you know :) Furthermore, I work hybrid 👩🏼‍💻, so I usually work three days from home and two from the office, therefore I would like somewhere peaceful :)
My hobbies include cooking 🍳, running 🏃‍♀️, dancing 💃, reading books 📚 and trying new cafes on the weekends 💁🏼‍♀️

I’m specifically looking for a double room in the Tollcross, West end, Viewforth, Brunsfield or Meadows areas, so I can be near my job. I have a month of notice that I need to give to my landlord as well.

Please don’t contact me for short-term lettings or for flats that are far away from the city center. Thank you.
