Australian looking for Double Room

Hey!

My names Conor, Im currently on the search for a new place that i can call home and enjoy like minded peoples company who feel the same.

Im 35yrs old Australian who have lived in London over 8 years. Im a sole trader plumber, working all over London. Im a respectful, positive, clean housemate, a socialable person who loves having a chat and hanging out with housemates but also respect everyones space and down time. Don't mind a drink or cooking a feed to wind down to after my works finished and to catch up with everyone also.

Currently in Stoke Newington around the hackney area. I'm looking for a move because I've naturally ended up as the 'house manager' in my current place—basically doing the accounts, the maintenance, and most of the cleaning. I’m now looking to transition into a new home that's a bit less 'admin-heavy' for me, where everyone just chips in and the house pretty much runs itself.

Open to most places to live but i own a kingsize bed and also need lil space for my tools and push bike (sounds like heaps but very minimal) So ONLY unfurnished rooms will be what im seaking.

Hoping to find like minded people who are home proud and in the same breath enjoy a drink and a meal at the pub or indoors together. Light, friendly and sociable.
