My current flatmate is moving back home to save money, so I’m looking for someone to replace her.
About the flat:
- open plan kitchen and living area with a balcony
- the main bathroom (bath + shower) will be for the new tenant’s use
- has a reception desk at the front of the building
The rent is around £1111 per month (each) and the bills are paid separately and are approx. £229 (each).

I’m friendly, tidy, and easygoing, and I value a calm, comfortable home. I’m a professional working in marketing and work from home most days. I enjoy being sociable and getting along well with the person I live with, while also respecting each other’s space.
