Easy Going

Hello Dear Reader ^^

I hope this email finds you well.
I am approaching you because I would like to find a place in Liverpool with the following criteria which are not set in stone :)

I would like to move sometime in May with ideally (this is negotiable) no minimum and no maximum stay.
The total rent more would be more or less 600 monthly, bills included.
For your information, I currently work at 39 old hall street in Liverpool. I am ok riding a bus to and from my office. I found a permanent job which started on the 19th of January 2026 and still in probation period.
Ideally I would have own place or a shared accommodation with 1 or 2 other flat mates (LBGT friendly). As I have to work some days from home, I need to be able to do so (so internet should be included).

I am a non smoker, drink very occasionally with no known allergies. I am sociable, open minded, tidy person who always paid his rent on time and very respectful of common places. I can provide references if need be.

I also speak French, some Italian and som Spanish.

I can visit evenings and weekends.

Fond of food and good cooking and swimming, I am an open minded person. I am a tidy and sociable person.
