House/Flat/Apartment/En-Suite Room for 1 Person

Hi, I’m Sathi, 26 years old, a full-time professional and part-time student currently working at a law firm in Chelmsford city centre. I’m looking for a clean, quiet, and well-maintained home with ideally only 1–3 other housemates (maximum 4 people in total including me preferred), as I value a peaceful and respectful living environment.

I’m very friendly, quiet, clean, tidy, responsible, and unproblematic. I mind my own business and always respect shared spaces, so I’m looking for like-minded housemates and a comfortable home.

I’m looking to move as soon as possible and my preferences are:

• Furnished spacious double room (or larger) – no single rooms, ideally so I can place most of my belongings into storage
• En-suite preferred, or a bathroom shared with a maximum of 3 others
• House / apartment / flat with shared living areas and at least 1 other housemate
• Property close to Chelmsford city centre (ideally within 5 minutes’ walk or maximum 20 minutes’ walk)
• All bills included (including Council Tax & Wi-Fi)
• Regular cleaning of communal areas and bins included is essential, as I keep my own space very clean and value a consistently well-maintained shared environment
• Parking space is essential as I have a car
• Washer & dryer (or washer-dryer) available
• Spacious kitchen with good storage (ideally no more than 2 people sharing one fridge)
• Clean, quiet, and respectful housemates preferred
