Female flatmate wanted in Southend-on-Sea area

32 year old female professional searching for female flatmate to share a 2 bedroom apartment starting end of July or beginning of August. I am searching for a modern new build flat to share with someone else in the Southend/ westcliff/ Leigh-on-Sea area. There are plenty of options available and am happy to go viewing with someone if interested.

I am tidy, careful and an excellent cook who loves to share food! I love animals, especially dogs and love home shares with pets. I'd prefer living in a 2 or 3 bedroom flat as i like to keep a clean and quiet living environment, where everyone is conscious of each other and respectful of space.
