Clean and respectful female professional

Hiya!
Thanks for reading this, I'm Sarah and I'm a freelance performer in music, film, TV and theatre.

I'm a clean, quiet and genuine person who is respectful of space but would always be there if you wanted a chat over a coffee or wine.

Things I'm definitely looking for:
- a double room
- parking (doesn't need to be included in the listing just available)
- a garden or access to an outdoor space
- likeminded cleanliness to be respectful of shared spaces
- housemates who are up for socialising
- if it's important for you and your household to know, I am bisexual and a trans ally

Things that would be ideal:
- a good size kitchen and living room
- housemates becoming friends becoming besties
- going to a pub quiz (my strengths are music, tv and film)

I am DIY savvy and come with my own electric drill, as well as car for adventures and the best wine recommendations (Aldi's finest).

My work schedule varies from week to week, I work away when I do gigs with the international function bands I'm in. This is usually weekends but when summer hits I could be traveling for up to a week at a time. I'm a professional actress as well as working in casting, so I'd say I work a hybrid work schedule. If I'm not on set or stage, I'm usually found exploring London and watching some good documentaries and/or trash tv.

Once in a blue moon I would love my little dog to come down and stay, he is adorable, completely house trained and would be with other pals if I'm out.
