Professional seeks calm, friendly (double+ensuite)

Hi, I’m Luke.

I’m 41 (a young 41!) and currently living in South Croydon. I'm looking to move closer to town to cut down the commute and get a better lifestyle balance.

I work full-time as a Lead Software Engineer in AI for the legal sector. Because of my career, I’m highly financially reliable and have a grounded routine.

I’m a social introvert, and love to spend time with people I click with. I genuinely value a peaceful, tension-free home where everyone respects each other’s personal space to decompress. However, I’m also very social and would love a flatshare that feels like an actual home rather than just passing ships.

I'm the kind of flatmate who is always down to share a great bottle of wine on the sofa, cook a mean steak for dinner, or make a proper, genuinely good pour-over coffee on a weekend morning.

Outside of work, I box, read a lot, and I’m a massive movie nerd. I'm also pretty passionate about tech and law (for better or worse!).

What I’m looking for: A double en-suite.

Ideally, I’m looking to share a 2-bedroom flat with just one other professional, or maybe in total a 3-bedroom. I find smaller shares create the best, most relaxed domestic dynamic.

A proper, stable home for at least six months, but ideally much longer.
