Looking to buddy up

I'm looking for a flatmate to buddy up and look for an apartment in London (ideally Greenwich but I’m open to look into other nice areas in zones 2-3) together!
I'm looking to move in mid-end November with a budget of around £1200 pcm

I'm 27 y. o. working in sustainability and have lived in London for the past 3 years.
I love reading, cooking, exploring the city, and occasional attempts at sewing and knitting. I am also an amateur tango dancer, and love a good cocktail bar and jazz music. I'm not a big party person, but love a chill night out (although most of the time my choice would be a nice night in). I'd love to find someone who likes to spend time with their flatmates but also appreciates personal space, and is keen to keep the house tidy and homely.

I would probably be looking for a flat in a new building, but a nice area is also important for me as I work from home and will spend a lot of time in it. Happy to look into areas further from central London to find a nice apartment.
