As title states, looking for a room in the central Chester area (CH1, CH2, CH3, CH4) to rent. Around £500pcm and ideally a deposit that isn't too high. An en-suite would be preferable. I would need space to bring a desk for work and a PC.
I'm only after a double sized room. I have no pets but I do vape (not sure if that counts as smoking?) but have no issues staying outside for that. I desire a clean, tidy and organized household.
I currently work In IT and dart between a Chester, Crewe and Stoke office, but Chester is my main office; this means I also have a car and parking would be required.
