1-2 bed house with garden & train link to London

Hello,
Looking for a one to two bed pet friendly house/flat (ideally, whole place) with garden, in a quiet area, for me and my two beautifully behaved cats.

Prefer to be near a station, but also have a car. Would consider sharing with one female if spacious and happy to have me and my two cats!

A spacious one bed garden flat could also work depending on location/size/proximity to road. Budget and moving date are flexible depending on location and amenities. Ideally looking for minimum 45sqm.

I am extremely clean, tidy and reliable; valuing quiet evenings in. I’m a non-smoker. Your property will be respected and well looked after. My cats are house trained indoor/outdoor cats (outside access in the daytime is important as they’re used to this).

I commute daily to Covent Garden where I work full-time as an Executive Assistant in a prestigious arts organisation. My career has always been in the education sector, so I am Enhanced DBS checked/fire warden trained, amongst other things!

Looking to relocate from Hythe, Kent.
