Budget: £700+/- with bills, depending on location and size/en-suite

I am a tidy, and sociable person. I like to live in a tidy space and a well kept shared spaces (bathroom/kitchen/ living area) is a must.

Not a party animal; open to the occasional meal/movie night/game night etc., with flatmates keeping it friendly and social.
