Alright there! 26 year old Software Developer originally from Northern Ireland. Currently based in Clapham, but am looking for new digs.
-Easy-going, sociable and always up for a wee bit of craic.
-Looking to live with working professionals or postgraduate students, preferably between early 20s & 30s. Have no preference either way regarding live-in or live-out landlords. The importance is a genuinely nice bunch of folks.
-Aiming for a minimum 3 month tenancy, depending on full-time work. Maximum budget is between £700-£900 per month, with bills included.
-Looking for a well-furnished, well-kept property, preferably in and around South-west or South-east London, but have listed preferences for selected 'W', 'WC', 'EC',
-Have lived in various house-shares over the past 7-8 years, so I value tidy, clean and well-kept furnishing and living quarters. But I know that I've got to contribute to that upkeep too.
-No issues with cats or dogs (Am a big dog person).
-Always up for a chat and socialising within the household, however I also respect others' need for personal privacy/boundaries, so long as they respect mine as well.
-Big music fan and guitarist (I have headphones to play with in order to keep the noise down).
-Like walking and cooking when possible (food is life), and a big taste for cider. Touch-rugby & indoor climbing. Always up for trying something new (case-and-point: recently been dragged to Cuban Salsa classes)
-Enjoy TV (rugby, comedy, cooking, detective series)
