Looking for Flatshare/Flatmate, flexible on e date

I'm Sam, 29, working as a UX Designer (WFH 2/3 days/week) flexible on Move date but probably looking end of dec/early Jan.

I'm a clean, considerate housemate enjoys cooking, and I'm always up for a laugh be that a few pints watching the footy, or just a chilled night in. I'd respect privacy but am keen to make the flat feel more like a home than just a room.

Looking for a somewhere with parking ideally & a decent space for a WFH set-up but happy to flex for the right thing.

I'm easy on location being that Central Manchester - Ancoats, Noma or New Islington but happy to look further out if the place is right.
