En-Suite Room Or Whole Flat (South) No Bedsits

Hi there
I am a single professional looking for a studio/1bed in south london even a bit outside london connected with train station.
I can offer good references and I have a secure job.
I will need a parking space, not necessarily allocated (parking permit is fine). I can sign up to min. 3 months contract as I am looking to buy a property and dont know how long this will take.
The place need to have a kitchen and please I am not interested in bedsits with shared communal spaces.
I am open to en-suite or room with bathroom, but max 1 flatmates and do not like living with strangers.
