Looking a SGL/DBL room

I’m a full-time working professional looking for a comfortable single or double room in a clean, well-maintained home with a friendly and respectful atmosphere. I’m available to move from 1 January and have a budget of up to £800 pcm.

I’m an easygoing, considerate, and reliable person who genuinely enjoys shared living when it’s based on mutual respect. I’m very mindful of other people’s space, keep communal areas tidy, and communicate openly—qualities that make me a pleasant and dependable person to live with.

I work full time and lead an active lifestyle, but I also enjoy a home that feels welcoming. I’m happy to have a chat, share the occasional meal, or enjoy a relaxed conversation, while fully respecting privacy and quiet time when needed.

I’m ideally looking for a long-term let with a live-in landlord who values a calm, friendly home and is looking for someone trustworthy and settled. Good transport links would be a bonus.
