I am a full time working professional male aged 36 originally from Liverpool but looking to relocate back to Northern Ireland ideally Derry, Antrim or Belfast.

I'm looking for a comfortable double room in a house or flat. I am available to move from 01/06/2024 and have a budget of up to 500pcm (open to negotiate and could move earlier).

I'm also open to buddying up if you have a property with your eye on, but need someone to join up with.

I work full time Monday to Friday. It would be a mixture of home working and office a couple of days a week so would require decent internet speeds and space for a desk.
