2 bed flat share

I'm a 26 year old guy looking for a flatmate to share a 2 bed flat with from August/september 2019 until next year or longer depending on how well we get along.

Ill be studying Masters here so looking for a mature person, not age wise.. wisdom-wise.
I invite friends home sometimes, sometimes it's a lady I like, don't party though.

I'd want the space to always be clean, do not like banging doors, cupboards, drawers etc.
I like listening to music but not loud music early in the morning or late at night.
I expect the kitchen and toilet to always be immaculately clean, no dishes in the sink for more than a day, or peeing on the toilet seat or outside, whether you're a guy or a lady.
