Spare room or whole flat! Open to house sitting

Hi,
I am currently renting a two bed flat. My Landlord has moved out and in with her partner. She is considering giving me notice so that she can rent the entire flat out (rather than just a spare room).

… so I have started sussing out other options. If I find somewhere else to live I would like to give her two months notice.

I studied in Bristol and have been here 10 years.

I am fully house trained and I am open to house sitting arrangements or living in an affordable house share.

I love yoga and Pilates and I am probably out between 5-6 nights of the week at either the gym or classes.

I am keen to find somewhere in the South Bristol but open to other places if the driving route to work is decent! I will need to park my car :)
