Professional seeking room for 2-3 nights a week

Hi! I'm a 30 year old technology researcher currently living in Chesterfield.

From April, I will be commuting over to Manchester for work on a weekly basis doing Tues-Thurs in the city (some slight flexibility on days).

I'm looking for a place to stay where someone won't mind giving me slightly reduced rent for only doing 3 days a week (bills included).
I'm very tidy. I tend to keep to myself during work week as I'm normally shattered after work. My main hobby is running, which I sometimes get up early to do. I also require parking as I normally drive over in an evening.
