Hi, my name is Luky (pronounced like the word lucky).
I am civil, understanding, very clean and empathetic. I work in a respectable sector and keep myself to myself, kind of a young person with an old soul. I have a stable income and always ensure my rent is paid on time or early (can provide references for last three years of current rental property).

I am originally from Yorkshire but I have been living in Herefordshire since 2020 in a two bedroom flat, however I am now looking for a weekday flat within 20 miles of Oldham (areas such as Halifax, Manchester, Elland, Hebden Bridge etc), as I have secured a new contract in this area.

I am looking for self contained properties or an EN-SUITE double room that is available on weekdays, with all bills included in the rent. Landlords, please do NOT contact me if the room does not come with an en-suite or allocated bathroom. I would prefer to live with a live-in landlord, a quiet family, a retired person or fellow professionals.

Initially I am looking to rent for 3 months, with a view to extend. I would only require the room/property for 2 or maybe 3 days a week, but still will continue to pay the agreed initial 5 weekdays rate.
