Looking for a clean houseshare/house in nice area

Hi there,

I'm relocating to Middlesbrough from London for work on September 30th 2019 and require a short-term let of 6-months. I have been in full-time work for 1 year, and before this was in higher education for 4 years (undergraduate degree and master's degree). Whilst at University, I lived in rented accommodation and have excellent references for these. I can also provide references from work too.

The project I am working on may extend further than 6-months, but at current this in the minimum period I would need.

Note: Most weekends I would be away travelling with friends/girlfriend or visiting home.
