Clean, easy-going dude looking in South Central

I'm an LSE graduate working as a data analyst in Central London. I've been looking mostly in Bermondsey, Oval/Kennington, Clapham and Brixton. I'd be flexible with the location but I do really want to live somewhat near a tube station.

My ideal flat would be one with lots of natural light and a decent bedroom. I don't really mind about having an ensuite because I'd ideally be living with clean people and having your own bathroom wouldn't be an issue. The place I move into needs to have a living room and a good kitchen. I cook a lot and would like to be able to have the occasional dinner party, so a nice space to cook and eat is essential. A 3-4 bedroom flat would be perfect. Gardens, balconies and terraces would also be lovely but are not essential.

I'd like to live with 2-3 other young professionals. People who have full-time jobs but are good fun to hang out with. I've got a nice group of mates already in London but it'd be great if I could occasionally go for a pint/watch a movie with the people I live with. I'm big into music, films and fitness but I'm not too fussed on what my flatmates' interests are- good people are good people. It is important that I live with people who are reasonably clean and considerate though.

I've got excellent references from previous landlords and I consider myself to be a pretty laid-back and decent bloke. I'm happy to meet up for a coffee or a beer to chat in further detail.
