Moving to Manchester for existing job

I'm the process of relocating from Swansea to Manchester due to my office in Swansea closing. My new office is based in Wythenshawe so happy to live South or South West of Manchester - I'm not too familiar with areas so happy to accept suggestions.

I'm looking for a higher spec house which is clean and modern. Happy to move into an existing shared house, find a buddy or to rent a whole place solo (studio - 2 bed) so I'm pretty flexible in what I'm after.

My sharing preferences are as follows:

Double Bed with En-suite
Parking available
No Students
Ideally some form of working space, whether it be an office desk in my room or in communal area.

I need to ideally find somewhere to live by the end of Sept as that's when the doors close to my office.
