Still Seeking One Bedroom Flat

I would like to thank those who have offered me a room in various properties, however I need my own kitchen and lounge area, that is the reason I am looking for a new place.

I am a friendly person who is looking for somewhere to live, I work extremely hard, I like a few drinks with friends, I like to sing, and i sing several times a week with two choirs.

I'm looking for one bedroom flat/small studio flat where i can simply be quiet, and be me.

I would prefer to rent directly with a landlord, i do not wish to rent with an agency.

I do not want to share a kitchen or a lounge, currently i am living already in a room and it simply doesn't suit me, its too confining.
