Looking for a chill house share in London

I'm Callum (but my friends call me Cal), recently turned 29 (very recently… the big 30 is really looming) and looking for a chilled and relaxed house share to move into around September/October time.

I work in sustainability and have been living in house shares for the past 7 years between London and Edinburgh. I’ve had some amazing times over the years and made some life long friends along the way!

I'm clean, tidy, and respectful of others' space. I know how important it is to maintain a harmonious atmosphere in a house share. I'm into sports (mainly football and rugby) and like going to the gym (when I can be bothered, which admittedly hasn't been very much recently!) or playing tennis. I'm also very much into food, I really enjoy cooking and creating new flavours, as well as trying new restaurants around London.

I'm looking for somewhere near a green space as I really value the outdoors. I'm also into art and drawing, so ideally I'd love to join a local art class wherever I end up! I also like a super chilled evening in; it'd be great to watch a new series together with housemates, and I'd be more than happy to cook for everyone and have the occasional dinner party. Equally up for heading to the pub for a quiz or a few ( /a few too many) pints.

I'm a friendly guy who's really looking to move somewhere that can become a proper home with friends, rather than just another house share. If that sounds like what you're after too then would be great to grab a coffee to get to know each other or pop over for a viewing.
