Hi, I'm Callum, I'm 23, I'm moving to the area in late september for a new job. I'm looking for a room in a house within about 15 miles of Cambridge Science Park - give or take a bit.
I've got a car so having a parking space (preferably off-street) is essential.
Having a desk or space for a desk is also pretty high up on my list of priorities. A room with an en-suite would be nice too.
I tend to spend most nights in, but i'm always up for trip to the pub.
I'm easy going and a pretty tidy person, especially when it comes to shared spaces.
