Room wanted by considerate gentleman

Hi, I?m looking for a quiet place to stay when working in London. I am willing to help out around the place doing handyman duties, cleaning, window cleaning, grass cutting etc if this is reflected in the rent.

I would describe myself as a quiet and considerate professional looking for a place to call home when away. I would prefer no smoking and don't mind pets.
