Music student seeking somewhere to hang his hat

Hello there!

My name's Ethan, and I'm a Welsh/Irish (look at the hair) comedian and musician studying a PhD in music composition at the University of Edinburgh. It's called, Disrupting the etiquette of the concert hall, so a theatrical music that breaks the established norms...if you're interested.

While doing that, I'd like to live under a roof, and so I'm looking for a room or a flat to rent, ideally Holyrood/Newington/Southside/Sciennes/Meadows area - as I like to walk up that mountain - but as long as it isn't too far from the music building, Alison House, I'll be happy!

I'm clean, responsible, sociable and easy going. I play my guitars at a reasonable volume and time (I promise) and, as a flatmate, you'll likely see more of me at meal times than any other time. This is because I will be writing music a lot of the time - but I like to cook my meals from scratch, so it's plenty of time to chat! Outside the flat, I go to the cinema frequently, live concerts of comedy and music, and any other artsy events and places I can find. If I'm not swamped with academic reading, and it's sunny, find me sitting under a tree reading horror or something funny. Sociable and happy to join events in the flat too!

I have a max budget of £600pcm, and I'm not fussy about who I live with or what their lifestyle is - live and let live.
