Seeking a homeshare in/around East Midlands

Hello there, I’m Bee.
44, professional female, working full time for a charity.
Friends would describe me as friendly and bubbly and I have many interests (including arts & crafts, baking, history, museums, music), so it would be great to find a likeminded housemate, who would like to hang out, chat and socialise occasionally.
I come as a package with my two adorable Pomskies (aged 2 & 3 and completely housetrained), who make friends with everyone they meet! Obviously we love walking, especially in woodland and country estates (member of the National Trust).
I attend church on Sunday and also involved in church groups / events occasionally.
I usually work four days from home and commute once a week to the office. Currently, as I live alone, my doggies usually travel with me and go to a family friend for the day.
I’m respectful of my living space, very clean and tidy and looking to find a cosy place for us to call home (preferably with a garden).
