Need a space from Sept4/2019

Hi, im Ryan from China. New student of Dundee the University. Will arrive Dundee at Sept4/2019 so I need to find a stay as soon as possibe. Hoping for a long term renting and the location near the Universty of Dundee will be better. (most intent to consider the price between ?200-400 per month)

I'm in China right now, and I hope I can move in to a flat or house at my arriving day, that's Sept 4th, so I can't viewing the room in person, I can have a video call by Skype, or you can just show me the room by email me a short video. Many thanks!!!

About me, I'm Not a fluent English speaker but a quick learner so hope you don't mind the clumsy English I may have at the beginning. (Last IELTS test score was 6.5)

I'm a 22 years old...girl, dont mind living with male or female, same age is great but if I can find a suitable place to stay I wont request much. I'm a easygoing person and I can be really quiet or be outgoing, depends on what my roomates want, so you can just give me your requirement.

I promised that I'll clean the common space if I mess it up so I hope my roommates will, too. And I will stay my self clean and tidy. I'm a night owl (but will keep quiet at night).
