Professional Female seeks buddy up or double room

I am a professional female aged 40 looking for a double room. I am available to move from 08/09/2019 and have a budget of ?450pcm. I would like to share with males or females over 25 yrs.

I am a physiotherapist, I work quite a bit so i'm often out. I go the gym, play netball or run most evenings. I prefer bars to pubs, but easy either way! I am easy to live with, so i've been told!!

Ideally I would like a buddy up, but will happily rent a double room my only real requirement is there is parking available permit or not.
