Friendly, mature 27 y/o looking for a calm home

Looking for a furnished double bedroom in a 2 or 3-bed house share. Need enough space in the room for a desk to work from, or alternatively somewhere with a study. Outdoor space is a nice to have! I’m looking for a calm, chilled living environment. I’d love to live with like minded people who want to get to know each other and hang out, watch tv, sometimes cook and do things together etc!

I’m a very mature 27 year old (find that a lot of my friends are their thirties 😊). I’m tidy, friendly, and very willing to contribute around the house to make sure it’s a nice environment to live in.

I have a pretty busy work and social life so greatly value time chilling when I am at home. I’m into fitness and running, I go to a very sociable gym and often doing little comps / events. Outside of the gym I love going for coffee, food and walks. Not a big drinker, I do like a few at the pub / bar but not into going out loads and super late nights.

Ideally looking to move beginning of September, but can be flexible and work something out if the place is right.
