Professional looking for a flatmate

I am 24 years old, I currently work full time as an occupational therapist in St James Hospital. Ideally want to be within 45 mins walking distance from the hospital, or somewhere near town, but can be flexible, mostly looking around the city centre, chapel Allerton kinda areas.

A bit about myself. I enjoy watching Netflix, occasionally go to the gym, going to fitness classes and roller skate. I don’t drink very often, but do occasionally enjoy going for cocktails and love going for brunch etc. Looking for someone who I can get along with and chill with.

My ideal flatmate would be someone who is clean and tidy, and actively cleans up after themselves in communal areas as this is really important to me. I’m still quite new to Leeds so Ideally want to live with someone who is happy to socialise both in the flat and outside, but also able to spend time separately. Would prefer a studio/1 bed flat, or to live with just 1 other person if possible.

My max budget is 650-700pcm with bills, and anything below that without bills.
