Room Wanted for a postgraduate Student

I am a Masters student at Cardiff University, studying Business Administration looking for a clean and modern house/flat to share with other postgraduate students or professional. Preferably, with bills included and with parking available. I'd like to live in a house with a max of 6 rooms just to make cleaning the house more manageable.

I enjoy rock climbing, running, photography, travelling, movies, music and football. I am clean and I like socialising. Often, I would be outside the house because I don't like being stuck inside for too long. After hours of revising and studying, you would find me in the lounge trying to socialise with flatmates/housemate. I would also be conveniently quiet because I am a masters student who would be studying, I'd be considerate of other housemates.

If I show interest in a room and do not send an email, it's just that I do not have the early bird access, but nevertheless would like to talk directly.

Im also open for buddy-ups if the house is right.
